Biography:

Lowe Folsom attended the University of Nebraska and graduated in 1943. He participated in the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) as a student.

Scope and Content:

The records include notes on chemical warfare and tear gas, march and field orders, and mission plans. There are two ROTC semester schedules and one document that shows outlines for infantry division organization. There is one letter written by "Eloise" to Lowe discussing the deployment of Richard W. Legee.
